Fable gets another bump

Anthropic extended Claude Fable 5 access on all paid plans again and is keeping Claude Code's weekly rate limits 50 percent higher. The trigger is OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Sol landing as a clearly Fable-class frontier model, which puts real competitive pressure on the top tier. If you build on frontier models, the ceiling just moved and the labs are openly racing each other on access, not just capability.
